Our Staging Services
Walk Through Consultation
We will start our journey with a walk through of your house to discuss our vision for the space.
Note: $99 consultation fee until contract signed, then applied to total cost.
Occupied Home Staging
For sellers who still live in the home during showings. We enhance your current furniture and decorations.
Vacant Home Staging
For sellers no longer living in the home. We fully furnish core rooms including living, dining, primary bedroom, and kitchen accents.
How does it work?
After your home consultation, we will leave, start planning and get you a quote. You will receive your customized contract with the quote estimate and a staging plan, with an itemized list of any pieces being used for the staging. You will be required to pay a security deposit (25% of total quote) and your quote before we begin the staging process. Your home will then hit the market looking its best! At the end of the contract, we will come and remove all items on rental.
