We will start our journey with a walk through of your house. We will walk throughout and talk about our vision for the space, whether you will need furniture and decor rentals, repairs, or if we can decorate with items you already own. (Consultation is free with a signed contract. Must pay a $99 consultation fee, until the contract is signed. Once a contract is signed your $99 will be applied to the total home staging cost. All repairs are done by the home owner.)

We offer Occupied Home Staging (for sellers who still live in the home during showings) and Vacant Home Staging (for sellers that are no longer living in the home during showings). We will fully furnish core rooms including living, dining, primary bedroom, and kitchen accents. Additional rooms are available upon request.

After your home consultation, we will leave, start planning and get you a quote. You will receive your customized contract with the quote estimate and a staging plan, with an itemized list of any pieces being used for the staging. You will be required to pay a security deposit (25% of total quote) and your quote before we begin the staging process. Your home will then hit the market looking its best! At the end of the contract, we will come and remove all items on rental.
All of the pricing in our list is an estimate and subject to change with staging rentals, anything that has to be purchased for the staging, time, percentage, size, quantity, and the package that is assigned to your staging job. All first months of staging rental are included in your quote. Additional months are additional charges at a discounted price. Free travel within 20 miles of Temple, TX.
